How do I show a form on a page?
Create or open a form in FlowBuilder, copy its shortcode, then paste it into a WordPress Shortcode widget, Elementor Shortcode widget, or page editor.
Where do new form submissions appear?
Open FlowBuilder in your WordPress dashboard and go to Submissions. You can review each entry, update its status, add notes, and export records where your package supports it.
Why is a field not appearing?
Check its conditional logic rules, whether the field is enabled, and whether the chosen option exactly matches the condition value. Save the form after every change.
How do I activate my paid licence?
Install and activate the plugin, then open the FlowBuilder licence settings in WordPress. Paste the licence key supplied after purchase and save it.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. Choose the package that gives you the features you need. Your current form work can continue while you add more capabilities through an upgrade.
