PearsFlow is a software product operated by Pearstec LLC. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Pearstec LLC and PearsFlow.

We may collect information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase a licence, create an account, subscribe to updates, or use PearsFlow.

• Purchase and licence information, such as product selected, payment status, order details, licence key, and website domain.
• Support information, including messages, screenshots, files, and details you send us to solve an issue.
• Newsletter information, including your name, email address, consent record, subscription source, and unsubscribe status.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, website activity, and error logs where available.

3. Information collected through forms built with PearsFlow

PearsFlow is a WordPress form and workflow builder. Site owners who use the plugin decide what fields they create, why they collect data, and how long they keep it.

If you submit a form on a website that uses PearsFlow, that website owner is normally responsible for your submitted information. Pearstec LLC does not control that website owner’s forms, privacy policy, email settings, payment setup, or use of the information collected.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by WooCommerce, Stripe, or another payment provider selected for the purchase. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on PearsFlow. Payment providers process your payment information under their own privacy policies.

6. Newsletter and marketing emails

When you subscribe to PearsFlow updates, we save your subscription information and consent record. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing support@pearsflow.com. We will stop marketing emails after you unsubscribe, except for essential purchase, licence, security, or account messages.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We may use cookies and similar technology to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, understand website performance, and improve user experience. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not work correctly if you block essential cookies.
